Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour Job description: Pay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour + guaranteed tips Steve’s Hot Dogs is looking for a motivated and hospitality-driven Front of House Supervisor to help lead daily operations and create an outstanding guest experience for every customer who visits our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and is looking to grow into a long-term leadership role within the restaurant industry. Phase 3: Advancement Opportunity Team members who demonstrate reliability, leadership ability, operational excellence, and strong communication skills may have the opportunity to grow into Assistant Manager and future leadership roles as we continue to expand. Responsibilities * Lead and support Front of House team members during daily operations * Help create an exceptional customer experience through friendly, attentive, and anticipatory service * Assist with supervising shifts and maintaining smooth workflow during busy service periods * Support training and coaching of new team members on service standards and company expectations * Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and service areas * Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and increased food and beverage sales * Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed * Uphold all food safety and company policies Qualifications * Previous customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred * Strong communication and leadership skills * Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented personality * Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience Pay & Benefits * $11–$15 per hour plus guaranteed tips * Opportunities for additional income during Enterprise Center events, CITY SC matches, and Battlehawks games * Cross-training and certification opportunities for increased growth potential * One week paid vacation after 1 year based on average hours worked Work Location: In person at Steve’s Hot Dogs on South Grand Benefits:   * Employee discount * Paid time off   Work Location: In person
