Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, along with experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure food quality and timeliness of dishes

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Certification from a culinary school is a plus
