SOUTHEAST ASIA SALES MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LTD

Location: Southeast Asia based, with travel across Southeast Asia Countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Brunei, Timor-Leste.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday (Full-time role, includes travel and exhibition attendance)
Salary: £40,000.00 per annum. Plus commission and incentives on target earnings of £100,000+ per month

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in HORECA or commercial design sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales and distributor management, preferably in commercial kitchens.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with focus on achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages an advantage.
