Uphold ASG’s commitment to exceptional service, conservation values, and responsible travel. Collaborate with colleagues, management, and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury travel, safari sales, or bespoke travel planning. Strong, proven knowledge of Southern Africa destinations and lodge products, including: Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Eswatini & Lesotho. Proven conversion results and revenue-generating capabilities. Experience using Wetu, Tourplan, or similar CRM/itinerary systems. Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or Marketing is beneficial. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch) are an advantage. Commercially minded with strong understanding of sales margins, conversion metrics, and profitability. High EQ: able to read clients, understand motivations, and build instant trust with a global audience. Culturally aware with the ability to navigate diverse personalities and communication styles. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. Independent, proactive and self-driven, comfortable working remotely. Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and adaptable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passionate about Africa, conservation, sustainability, and creating meaningful travel experiences. What We Offer A competitive remuneration structure aligned with performance. Opportunity to work with one of Africa’s leading luxury safari brands. World-class training, resources, and operational support. A high-performance culture with career growth opportunities. A chance to positively impact conservation and community initiatives across Southern Africa. Who Should Apply? This role is for you if: You thrive in a sales-driven, high-performance environment.
