As the Vendor Manager, Revenue Cycle, you will play a key leadership role in managing and optimizing the performance of external vendors that support Southern New Hampshire Health’s revenue cycle operations. You’ll maintain a comprehensive, real-time database of all vendor activities and serve as the primary point of contact for contract management, onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
You will facilitate regular communication between internal Revenue Cycle leaders and vendor partners, leading performance review meetings and ensuring that all vendors are held accountable to service expectations. You’ll evaluate vendor invoices for accuracy, monitor adherence to financial and operational metrics, and resolve issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. This role requires collaboration across departments including IT, compliance, and finance to troubleshoot technical integration issues and align vendor services with SNHH’s strategic goals.
You’ll also support policy and procedure development related to vendor relationships and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, risks, or gaps in vendor-supported processes. In addition, you’ll investigate and manage patient, staff, or system complaints tied to vendor performance, ensuring resolutions align with our quality standards and patient experience priorities.
