Are you a natural leader with a passion for animal care and team development? At Country View Family Farms, we’re looking for a Sow Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5,000-head sow unit and lead a dedicated team of up to 21 members.

• Oversee all farm operations including production targets, animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety compliance
• Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management
• Partner with HR to recruit and retain top talent
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure health, productivity, and operational efficiency
