This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of identity and access management and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust security controls across diverse platforms.

Role Summary:
The SOX IAM Analyst will ensure infrastructure compliance with SOX, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple platforms including Unix, Windows, AS400, and Mainframe. The role involves supporting internal and external audits, maintaining access control policies, and managing identity and access management tools such as SailPoint. The analyst will collaborate with application and system owners to onboard systems into IAM platforms and work closely with infrastructure teams to maintain secure and compliant server configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with SOX, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, documentation, and remediation tracking.
  • Maintain and enforce access control policies across Unix, Windows, AS400, and Mainframe systems.
  • Utilize SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow for access provisioning, certification, and governance.
  • Collaborate with application and system owners to onboard systems into IAM platforms.
  • Manage and audit user and group access in Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Organizational Unit (OU) structures.
  • Support server access governance and compliance across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Work with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant server configurations.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in infrastructure and identity access management roles.
  • Strong understanding of SOX, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit frameworks.
  • Experience with heterogeneous platforms including Unix, Windows, AS400, and Mainframe.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and optionally Okta for IAM processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Experience with Active Directory management and auditing.
  • Knowledge of server governance and compliance best practices.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Infrastructure experience across Unix, Windows, AS400, and Mainframe platforms.
  • Proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow for IAM provisioning and governance.
  • Strong compliance knowledge relating to SOX and ITGC frameworks.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python preferred for automation purposes.

Other Skills:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Okta is optional but beneficial.
