JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned SOX IAM Analyst to support infrastructure access governance, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOX, ITGC), and strengthen our Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. This role will be instrumental in maintaining secure and auditable access across heterogeneous platforms, collaborating with audit, compliance, and infrastructure teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure security, IAM, and audit compliance.
• Strong background working with infrastructure platforms: Unix, Windows, AS400, Mainframe.
• Deep experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (mandatory); experience with Okta is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of SOX, ITGC, and regulatory/audit frameworks.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python (preferred for automation and reporting).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure infrastructure compliance with SOX, internal policies, and regulatory mandates.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing evidence, documentation, and managing remediation efforts.
• Maintain and enforce access control policies across platforms: Unix, Windows, AS400, and Mainframe.
• Support ITGC controls and audit frameworks, identifying gaps and ensuring timely mitigation.
