WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
• Skilled in esthetic treatments and bodywork.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused.
• Great communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
• Organized, reliable, and flexible with weekend availability.
• Able to keep client information confidential.

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)

• Leadership experience in a spa, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Product ordering and inventory management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Formal education in aesthetics or spa therapy is a plus.

• Perform facials, body treatments, massage, hydrotherapy, and other spa services.
• Greet clients warmly, guide them through their session, and thank them after.
• Consult with clients about their skin concerns and recommend treatments.
• Suggest home care products and spa services to meet client needs.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized between clients.
• Follow spa protocols and report any issues or inappropriate guest behavior.
• Attend training on new products and techniques.
