JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leisure Manager to oversee the operations of our leisure facilities and programmes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for promoting recreational activities, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires an individual who is organised, has excellent time management skills, and can communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable as we aim to cater to a diverse clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be pool plant-trained and possess relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the leisure or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
