POSITION SUMMARY At W Ibiza, our Away® Spa is an intimate, high-energy wellness space where luxury meets lifestyle. As Spa Trainee, you will be at the intersection of wellness, guest experience, and lifestyle activation, playing an active role both inside the spa and in the heart of the hotel. This role goes beyond traditional spa operations: you will be a spa ambassador, engaging guests in the lobby, promoting treatments and fitness experiences, and helping position the spa as a key part of the W Ibiza journey. Deliver all guest interactions and services in full compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, ensuring a consistent, refined, and personalized luxury experience at all times. Demonstrate and actively apply comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, Marriott Bonvoy program, on-property services, outlets, and current events to accurately inform, anticipate, and enhance the guest experience.
