JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the Spa facilities are presented to a high standard. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and assisting with various Spa tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, an eye for detail and a passion for the wellness industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the spa or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

  Pay: £11.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 16 per week

• Provide a warm and friendly Guest experience.
• Ensure the facilities are kept to a 5 * standard.
• Assist with Afternoon Tea service duties to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain an immaculate Spa area and ensure all Spa Guests are comfortable throughout the day.
  -Ensure Spa laundry is completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with Spa Day guest preparation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Spa facilities and common areas.
