Job Description Spa Attendant This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa’s high standards of hygiene and service. What you will be doing: Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service. Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries. Maintain the spa’s ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation. Assist therapists and other spa team as required. Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
