Job Description Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, treatment rooms, and showers Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service Ensure a steady supply of clean towels, robes, linens, and other amenities Restock refreshments, spa products, and supplies as needed Support spa therapists by facilitating smooth transitions between services Respond promptly to guest inquiries, needs, and concerns Uphold safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in accordance with hotel and health standards Assist in inventory management and reporting of spa supplies Promote spa services and products when appropriate Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, treatment rooms, and showers Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service Ensure a steady supply of clean towels, robes, linens, and other amenities Restock refreshments, spa products, and supplies as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Possess active license or certification in related field One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
