Job Description Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner Give detailed tour of spa area, provide explanation on when and how to use all spa amenities and facilities Guide guest at appropriate times to location to meet service provider Provide warm and sincere closing upon completion of service sequence Learn and use guests’ name whenever possible Adjust service to suit guests’ requests, personalised to meet their needs Use a Heartist® approach – make the guests Feel Welcome, Feel Heart-Warmed, Feel Incredible and Belong Monitor guests’ use of facilities and ensure their safety Efficiency of work to keep work area clean and tidy at all times Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, professional products, towels, sheets and other necessary items Timeliness in reporting dysfunctional equipment to supervisor for follow-up Assist with treatment types and retail product recommendation whenever consulted Efficiency of work to maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, spa preparation room, retail display cabinets etc. Cleanliness and work safety in equipment handling, beverage preparation and service areas Participate in training activities to improve knowledge and skills Follow guidelines provided in Colleague Handbook Understand emergency procedures, health & safety requirements, lost & found procedures Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues & supervisors / managers Qualifications At least one year of experience in related club or spa environment Spoken and written English Interpersonal skills People-oriented and Team player Able to work under pressure and independently Looks presentable
