• Prepare and maintain all spa areas according to Mandarin Oriental’s standards, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Replenish consumables, manage supplies, and ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are well-maintained and functional.
• Report any damage, breakages, or losses to management and coordinate necessary repairs or operational adjustments.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and follow established procedures.
• Ensure spa security and safety by locking access points after hours and monitoring electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.
• Complete shift checklists, stay updated on spa operations and promotions, and strictly adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
