Job Description • Maintaining cleanliness in locker rooms and related areas in line with Standards of Operation (SOP). • Ensure a flawless set up of the assigned areas for guest comfort. • Be knowledgeable in amenity products to guide guests accordingly. • Using your discretion at all times, ensure guests are not left unattended for long periods in the hydrotherapy areas. • Be knowledgeable in the spa journey and interact within the same guiding the guest to saunas, wet areas and other related areas with a calm and quiet attitude. • As per outlined standards ensure per stock of towels, slippers, robes etc. and having the same prepared thereafter. • Set up, present and serve drinks as per outlined standards and be knowledgeable of the properties of the same. • Ensure areas of responsibility are always up to standard before welcoming any guest in to the same or handing over area to fellow colleague and act on any discrepancies. • Be knowledgeable in all your duties and follow the set guidelines Standard of Operations (SOP) and action list. • Be present, attentive and actively take part in meetings and training that is given by Management. Qualifications Qualification: • Middle or Secondary Education + Additional training or certificates in the relevant field is a plus. Experience: • A minimum of 1 years of experience in hotel industry on a similar position. • Proven experience working in a top luxury resorts. Technical skills: • Multitasking skills. • Good knowledge of customer service. • High attention to detail. • Cleaning skills. • Fluency in English and another language, written and verbal communication. • Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
