Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities Job Description Job Title: Spa Attendant (Women's Locker Room) | Part-time Hourly Rate: $23.37 As a Spa Attendant (for the Women's Locker Room), the organizational support you provide to the Spa team will ensure our Willow Stream Spa is operating efficiently, to safety standard and uncompromising attention to our Guests. What you will be doing: Provide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient service to our discerning guests. Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our spa exceeds expectations. Report deficiencies of any equipment. Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required. Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times. Maintain locker rooms and fitness center in a tidy manner. Check and clean lockers when needed. Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities. Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis. Direct Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible. Assist Guests with use of lounge facilities (Ex: experience showers, heated bench, etc). Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines. Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries. Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience spa or hospitality is an asset. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externally. Licenses or Certificates TB clearance required CPR/First Aid is an asset Education High School diploma or equivalent or vocational training Additional Information All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
