However paradise might look for you, we guarantee you’ll find it here. Major Responsibilities General 1. Executes all tasks assigned by his/her superiors 2. Demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model 3. Attends all scheduled training sessions 4. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customer, lives the Golden Rule Spa and Gym 1. Set-up and maintain spa treatment rooms; back areas, toilets, treatment rooms, pre-treatment area, waiting area, relaxation room and replenishments of refreshments. 2. Set up the Gym with towels, waters, juice etc as per standard and assist guests when needed 3. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; report customer complaints to manager immediately; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services. 4. Handles guests pick up and drop off to their villa by buggy 5. Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services 6. Assist therapists with set-up and turnaround, breakdown of their respective treatment areas Specific Responsibilities and Tasks General: 1. Adheres to the hotel's code of conduct and grooming & hygiene standards 2. Is seen as working hands-on, assists colleagues in crunch times; Walks the talk 3. Actively participates in briefings and meetings 4. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment 5. Performs any additional duties as assigned by the department or hotel management Spa and Gym 1. Ensure all operational and guest supplies are fully stocked at all times (massage oils, linen, terry items, etc) 2. Retrieve fresh linen and terry items and deliver dirty linen and terry items 3. Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing in respective storage areas 4. Treatment rooms and all spa areas to be cleaned and well maintained at all times 5. Able to give tours of The Spa facilities to guests, have them register and be familiar with hotel services, products and hours of operation 6. The ability to do any other duties’ that may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of The Spa (for example the reception desk, lounge area and locker rooms). Develop multi skills and promote and build good team spirit. 7.
