WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DEDICATED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED SPA ATTENDANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT HALE GYM & DAY SPA.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment that aligns with our brand’s commitment to wellness and rejuvenation.

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or wellness environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

Preferred:

  • Experience in a spa setting or knowledge of spa treatments and services
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
  • Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Familiarity with spa management software and point of sale systems
  • Ability to perform basic administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation zones, and locker facilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and guiding them through spa offerings
  • Support spa therapists and other staff in preparing for treatments and sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
  • Monitor and maintain the spa’s ambiance, including lighting, music, and temperature to enhance the guest experience
