• Previous experience in hospitality or wellness preferred, but not required
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout spa areas (treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, etc.)
• Stock towels, robes, beverages, and other spa supplies
• Support spa therapists and front desk as needed
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Assist with laundry and sanitizing procedures
• Provide an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
