Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa areas at all times.

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for daily operation of the spa to include adherence to all opening and closing activities.
  • Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of spa facility.
  • Understands proper use of all spa equipment and ensures proper use of equipment by spa guests.
  • Ensures guest adherence to established rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed.
  • Maintains accurate accident and incident reports.
  • Stocks related inventories to include linens and towels; delivers and receives linens to/from laundry facility.
  • Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
