WHAT WE DO:

Drawing from the rich heritage of Traditional Thai Massage, our practice, known as nuad phaen boran or นวดแผนโบราณ, traces its roots back to ancient Thai Buddhist monks. Designated as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2019, this ancient healing art is at the core of our services, ensuring our clients return time and again for its rejuvenating effects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spa Concierge, under the supervision of the owner. This hybrid role encompasses facility maintenance along with front desk reception duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in facilities maintenance (front desk/reception experience is a bonus) and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A team player with excellent communication skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding our commitment to maintaining a 5-star standard. Please note that we require a cover letter to demonstrate your writing skills and to tell us why you wish to work in the Health and Wellness industry. We are looking for someone who is able to work Friday through to Monday.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of retail and customer service experience
  • 1+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • Office/reception experience is advantageous
  • Willing to work Friday to Monday part time hours
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer service/retail
  • Familiarity with appointment booking software (Mindbody) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the Spa to a 5-Star standard
  • Following all company policies and procedures for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
  • Performing all facility maintenance duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
  • Welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Dealing with difficult customers in a courteous way
  • Have good written and oral skills, and answer all email/voicemail correspondence promptly
  • Ensuring the highest standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety
  • Becoming fully knowledgeable about our products and services
  • Opening and closing the Spa
  • Processing POS and cash transactions accurately
  • Have basic knowledge of telephone system, computers, printer
  • Assisting in the training of all new Desk Staff
