EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous Spa or hospitality experience
· Proserve License

THE SPA CONCIERGE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HOSTING AND FOSTERING AN ATMOSPHERE OF CALM AND RELAXATION WHILE PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR GUESTS WHILE EXCEEDING THEIR EXPECTATIONS.

· Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
· Approaches stressful situations with a positive, composed, and problem solving mindset
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
· Demonstrates an expert knowledge of Spa treatments, its facility and retail offerings.
· Upholds the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information
· Scheduling treatments
· Guest registration and processing payment
· Recommending retail products
· Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· Shift schedule: Available to work a variety of shifts from Sunday to Saturday including holidays
· Valid work authorization for Canada

THE STARTING HOURLY RATE FOR THIS ROLE IS $19 CAD PER HOUR
