Responsibilities
  • Follow all corporate and hotel policies, including the MOHG Code of Conduct, and comply with laws, regulations, and required standards (LQE, MOQA, Forbes).
  • Support learning and development activities, uphold Safe, Sound and Sustainable practices, and follow the MOHG Social Media Policy.
  • Protect guest and colleague confidentiality, use hotel systems appropriately, and avoid misconduct such as harassment or discrimination.
  • Assist with all spa operations including reception, retail, tea lounges, and consultation areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide excellent guest service through warm greetings, spa tours, professional behavior, effective communication, and smooth guest experiences.
  • Manage scheduling, sales, guest records, emails, and feedback systems accurately; support events and meet set sales targets
