Embrace Spa is looking for a friendly, positive and highly professional part time Spa Coordinator to join our team! This role offers a mix of day and evening shifts, along with every other Saturday, for a total of 23-30 hours per week.
We are an established Day Spa located in Bedford that offers Massage Therapy, full Esthetics and Hair Salon services.
As a Spa Coordinator you will be responsible for the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking of all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed. Additionally assisting with the transitional cleaning of locker rooms and lounge as needed.

*Must be available to work days, evenings and Saturday’s
*Must be detailed-oriented and have ability to multi-task
*Must be reliable
*Ability to be efficient and productive in fast-paced environment
*Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
*Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
*Excellent communication, listening and computer skills
*Must be a team player
