Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Spa Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our Seven Inlets Spa. In this key role, you’ll oversee all aspects of Spa Guest Services, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From managing appointments and answering inquiries to handling transactions, your blend of professionalism, warmth, and efficiency will create a serene environment for our guests. If you enjoy creating welcoming experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist spa guests with warmth and professionalism. Answer phone calls promptly, make spa reservations, and respond to guest inquiries about our resort and spa services. Gain thorough knowledge of spa rates, amenities, and selling strategies to guide guests effectively. Handle guest check-ins, issue spa lockers, robes, and slippers, and provide orientation tours of the spa. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records, ensuring all credit card and cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized spa environment, including stocking locker rooms and monitoring facility areas. Perform clerical tasks such as mail sorting, envelope stuffing, and paperwork shredding.
