Description:

Join Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) as a Training Officer (Band 4), where you’ll be a pivotal in delivering top quality training and continuing to enhance service quality. Operating from Woodfield Medical Centre, W9 3XZ, with occasional requirement to work at our other sites across Inner Northwest, you will contribute to the mission of delivering exceptional care closer to home.
Responsibilities include effective coaching and direct involvement in quality improvement projects.
The role encompasses delivering training to SPA Administrators and Front of House Receptionists.
You’ll be expected to develop and maintain training materials, facilitate local inductions to the department and support data analysis for training programs and service delivery.
