JOB DESCRIPTION:

Turnberry is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and seamless experience at our spa.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (spa experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule appointments and manage spa reservations efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about spa services
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with other spa-related tasks as needed
