Tonic is Cheltenham’s premier beauty salon & spa with a loyal (and growing) client base. We’re looking for a polished, proactive Front of House & Client Experience Coordinator to be the heartbeat of the salon - owning the welcome, keeping the diary humming, and turning great service into re-bookings and retail sales.
What you’ll own…
- Five-star welcomes & goodbyes: greet, seat, offer refreshments, and ensure every guest leaves feeling amazing - with their next appointment booked.
- A full, healthy diary: spot white space, make friendly outbound calls, confirm bookings, and manage waitlists so our days run smoothly and profitably.
- Sales that feel like service: recommend treatments and products with confidence; support promotions and keep out retail section looking top notch.
- Reception & Admin excellence: schedule like a pro, manage payments & client records accurately, and keep the front desk running like a Swiss clock.
- Standards & Vibe: immaculate space, great coffee, folded towels, calm energy—nothing is “not your job” when it serves the client experience.

- You’re polished, warm, and detail-obsessed, with a genuine love of people.
- You’re commercially minded - you understand that rebooking, retail, reviews and revenue matter.
- You’re a team player who keeps standards high even on a frantic Friday.
Nice-to-haves
- Beauty/retail/hospitality front-of-house experience
- Familiarity with salon software (don’t panic we’ll train you on ours)
- Social media savvy for engaging with simple stories/reels and in-salon promotions
