ABOUT US:

We are a family owned and run 25 bedroom, 4-star country house hotel located in the Dartmoor National Park, yet only 3 miles from A38 at Bovey Tracey and 8 miles from Newton Abbot. Our Spa was created 10 years ago and has won numerous awards and has a good local following. It comprises of an indoor pool, large hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna and fitness suite along with three treatment rooms.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for a Full Time Head Therapist (40 hours per week) with at least three years experience at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. We have a comprehensive treatment menu ranging from manicures and pedicures to facials and massages which you will be required to carry out to a high standard. You will be responsible for ordering and supervising of other Spa Therapists, making sure that standards continue to be met on a daily basis.
As part of your job role you will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of both the treatment rooms and the spa area along with meet and greets and showing our guests around the facilities.
Full training with our protocols and Caudalie treatments will be given as well as cleaning schedules and what will be expected.
Along with a competitive salary depending on experience you will receive a share of tips, 10% retail commission and Caudalie incentives.
