We are looking for Spa Hosts to join the team to provide a warm welcome to spa guests, providing the highest levels of guest service, with a “nothing is too much trouble” approach. Anticipating guests needs and exceeding their expectations before, during and after their visit. Working to ensure the spa areas are always spotlessly clean and immaculately presented, with stocks and supplies regularly replenished and the high standards maintained, all with a smile on your face.
Main responsibilities:
Open up the spa in the mornings and close the spa at night on a shift basis
Greeting guests and welcoming them in the spa, getting them checked in and shown around
Answering the telephone, responding to any enquiries and bookings
Preparing guest wristbands and paperwork
Ensuring the changing rooms are clean, tidy and presentable, cleaning surfaces, emptying bins, restocking lockers and replenishing toiletries
Assisting with guests’ requests, e.g. extra towels, drink orders, any queries etc
Ensuring all thermal and pool areas are clean, tidy and presentable; collecting plastic glasses and cups, collecting towels from baskets in spa areas, empty bins.
Completing pool water monitoring
Observing general health and safety during your shift
Performing and documenting routine daily cleaning and inspections
Assisting in the spa F&B area, serving food and drinks, clearing tables
Processing laundry both in house and for the external laundry collection
Ensuring all back of house areas, cupboards and storage are tidy and well maintained
Demonstrate immaculate presentation standards and attention to detail at all times.
Carry out any other job-related duties as required by your line manager.
You will ideally be a self starter, someone who can get on with the varied tasks as required, works well within a team, takes pride in their appearance and their work with a keen eye for detail and holds the guest at the heart of all they do.
Shifts are usually
7am - 3.30pm
1130am-8pm
12.30pm - 9pm
Mid shifts 930am - 6pm
This position would be for 2 days a week but you will expected to work extra days to cover holidays or sickness
The job hours are over weekday and weekends
