About the role The Spa Intendant/Lifeguard’s role is to maintain and clean the public and communal areas of the Spa, welcome and guide customers, and ensure the safety of our customers during their time in the Spa. He/she must have a good team spirit, be flexible in terms of working hours depending on the activity, have a well-groomed presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of high-end guests. What you will do Act as an ambassador for the spa, helping to promote it, for example by guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom. Guarantee the security and also the relaxation of guests and assist them with any requests they may have. Ability to react quickly/anticipate/solve problems. Spa set-up on opening and closing shifts, maintenance of “Men's” and “Women's” changing rooms: restocking of linen and lockers, maintenance of washrooms. Cleaning and maintenance of showers, Sauna and Hammam. Serving tea in the relaxation room / refreshing beds in the relaxation room when necessary. Juice bar set-up: preparation of ginger tea and regular restocking (fresh and dried fruit, tea, coffee, fresh cocktails, etc.) “The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific guests' relationship management”. What we are looking for You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
