A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Spa & Leisure Manager at the iconic 5 Red Star, Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa.
Responsibilities will be to oversee the running of our intimate spa on a day to day basis ensuring 5 star customer service is delivered by the team at all times. Key responsibilities include: staff recruitment; training and development of the team; the management of all Health & Safety, pool management and cleaning related to the spa, gym and public areas; the management of the booking system to ensure revenue is optimised on all opportunities; liaising with and managing all memberships as well as maximising all retail opportunities ,
Candidates should have experience in managing guest expectations of a luxury 4/5 star spa as well as having a strong understanding and qualification in the H&S required for spa and pool management. Experience in managing memberships would also be an advantage.
