Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa operations in Bodrum, Türkiye. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of spa management, from daily operations and team leadership to guest experience and strategic business development. As a detail-oriented professional with a passion for wellness and hospitality excellence, you will create an inclusive, supportive environment where both guests and staff thrive. Lead all daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards, service excellence, and operational efficiency across all shifts Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience, increase revenue, and optimize operational performance Greet guests, cultivate meaningful relationships, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism, implementing effective service recovery solutions and escalating complex issues as needed Coordinate VIP guest experiences and special requests, working collaboratively with leadership to exceed expectations and monitor guest feedback for continuous improvement Manage spa inventory, including supplies, retail products, and equipment; coordinate ordering and maintain optimal stock levels Oversee booking systems, revenue tracking, and daily reporting; develop and manage the spa budget while monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure full compliance with spa licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures specific to Turkish hospitality standards Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support operational needs Communicate transparently with senior leadership, providing regular updates on operations, performance, and strategic initiatives Qualifications 4-6 years of progressive experience in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality operations management Experience in a luxury or high-end spa environment Proven track record of successful team leadership, staff development, and performance management Demonstrated expertise in guest service excellence and service recovery in a high-end environment Proficiency with spa booking systems, POS platforms, and operational management software Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness offerings, and industry best practices Experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and driving revenue optimization Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and business initiatives Experience with retail management and spa product sales optimization Collaborative and inclusive leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution under pressure Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities for business development Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Additional Information Be part of Accor, a world-leading hospitality group Global career development opportunities within Accor Employee benefits including worldwide discounts Job-Category: Wellness & Recreation Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
