EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Role is ideally suited to someone who has worked in a Spa minimum 5 years
  • NVQ3 in massage and beauty

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience as Senior Beauty Therapist
  • Experience in a supervisor or managerial role
  • Ability to adapt treatments to clients’ needs
  • Knowledge of treatment procedures and products
  • Experience / knowledge of Phorest booking system

Responsibilities

· To seek to increase revenues by driving income sales, whilst monitoring effective expenditure
· To lead, motivate, supervise & train Spa Therapists, Spa Reception staff in matters relating to health & beauty, spa operations and high customer service standards.
· Ensure an excellent level of cleanliness is managed and maintained within all designated spa areas.
· Ensure a robust stock control of spa products (professional & retail) is undertaken effectively
· Ensure the laundering products (in house & serviced) is efficient and meets agreed quality standards.
