This is a unique opportunity to join the team at the beautiful Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort as Spa Manager. We are looking for a highly experienced Spa Manager to take full accountability for running our Spa and treatment rooms.
As well as the beautiful infinity pool and glass fronted gym, Bowood spa offers a fabulous relaxation room, crystal steam room, rock sauna and aromatherapy showers, as well as a range of beauty treatments, day spa packages and membership.
Taking complete commercial accountability for the Spa, you will inspire and lead a team of Therapists and Fitness Instructors to maximise profit through delivering personalised treatments and deliver and build on our exemplary customer service above and beyond expectation.
You will decide how best to implement a business strategy to grow the Spa, whilst taking full accountability for sales, P&L, staff development, product and health & safety. It’s a high profile role, and as an excellent communicator and relationship builder, you will work with the General Manager, HR and Marketing teams to create customer led strategies which increase revenue, membership and develop and secure talent within your team.
You will need to have knowledge and experience of working with luxury beauty products and know the importance of driving sales with a commercial and people led focus. You will be creative, and innovative in building strategy, and have an excellent understanding of the beauty & spa industry and current trends relating to luxury treatments.
You should hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
