JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated team. This role requires a strong leader with managerial experience in a hospitality environment. A CIDESCO qualification is an advantage but not essential.

• Experience with operations, including sales, marketing, and financial management.

• Oversee the daily operations of The Wells Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Maximise bookings and drive sales in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Provide training and ongoing development to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage revenue and control costs effectively.
• Maintain and uphold the spa’s reputation for excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
