Crowne Plaza Dead Sea is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead the operations of our spa facility and deliver exceptional wellness experiences aligned with IHG brand standards. This role is ideal for a seasoned wellness professional with a strong luxury mindset, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance guest experience excellence with commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of spa operations, ensuring a refined and consistent luxury guest journey. Maintain the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness, and professionalism in line with premium hospitality expectations. Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing spa team focused on personalized service. Drive spa revenue through strategic pricing, tailored treatments, retail sales, and wellness programs. Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, inventory, and monthly performance reporting. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and IHG brand standards. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Spa Manager role within a luxury or premium hotel or resort. Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach. In-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness trends, and service excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-centric focus.
