As a Spa Manager, you will supervise and organize the Spa department and your team, to ensure the provision of high-quality services, in accordance with company standards and guests’ needs taken care of by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Supervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests. Develop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients. Maintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and ensure they are ordered in a timely manner. Monitor and manage the spa budget, ensuring expenses are kept within predetermined guidelines. Ensure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulations. Promote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitors. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fields. Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a spa facility in a luxury hotel. Experience in sales, promotion, and marketing of spa services. Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
