REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar Spa Manager role within a hotel or wellness environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and industry regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and receptionists to maintain high standards.
• Manage spa bookings, schedules, and ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Develop and implement spa marketing strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage spa budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
