About the location: Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina. The Role of Spa Manager: We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Spa Manager - Seasonal to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece! Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will play an important role throughout the pre-opening phase and future Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of all departmental standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region. As Spa Manager, you will oversee the creation and implementation of all Spa and Wellness services, leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for departmental readiness, team development, and operational excellence while achieving revenue and sales targets in line with the resort’s budgets. Through thoughtful leadership and attention to detail, you will ensure that every aspect of the Spa reflects the Four Seasons philosophy of care, balance, and personalized wellbeing. Our Ideal Spa Manager candidate will have: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Spa leadership role. Be passionate about spa and wellness trends and understand what guests seek from their spa experience. The ability to lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement. An understanding of how spas operate in a seasonal luxury hotel setting. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. Experience in luxury spa openings would be a strong asset. Fluency in English. Greek is a strong plus, as are any other languages. This is a seasonal role. Due to the hotel opening in 2026, the ideal start date would be early 2026.
