Job Details Job Location: Winthrop, WA 98862 Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Base+Commission/month Job Overview: The Spa Manger at Sun Mountain Lodge is responsible for the overall management and performance of the lodge’s spa and wellness facilities. This role involves creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests, supervising spa staff, and achieving revenue targets through effective spa operations. Key Responsibilities: Spa Operations Management Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including treatment rooms, reception, relaxation areas. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of spa facilities. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain high- quality service. Guest Experience: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable spa experience. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback. Staff Management and Training: Supervise spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain consistent service quality. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among spa team members. Financial Performance: Develop and manage the spa budget, including revenue and expense forecasting. Implement pricing strategies, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue while maintaining profitability. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with lodge’s marketing team to create spa-related promotions and packages. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new spa guests and retain existing clients. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns to promote spa services. Inventory and Supplies: Manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet guest demand and treatment requirements. Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene standards.
