Four idyllic treatment rooms, including a couple’s spa suite, and secluded wellness lounges inclusive of heated vitality pools & saunas, are where nature meets beauty with crafted luxury day spa rituals. The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Perth in Australia works collaboratively with national and international skincare brands LaGaia Unedited and Biologique Recherche on its bespoke spa treatments and retail collections for both hotel guests and guests local to Perth. As creating memorable and extraordinary luxury experiences is at the heart of everything we do, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team of Spa professionals. Duties * Directs and works with the spa team to successfully execute all spa and gym operations. * Selects vendors for spa retail operations and managing contract agreements. * Develops and Manages spa promotions including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing efforts and holiday events. * Review staffing levels and assist with recruitment processes. * Ensures compliance with all relevant policies, standards, procedures, regulations and laws. * Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations. Skills & Experience * Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy * Minimum 3 years industry experience * Excellent time management skills * Desire to work in a team as well as autonomously * Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited (desirable) * National Police Clearance Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted to go through our selection process.
