CLIENT EXPERIENCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Ensure prompt responses to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and walk-ins.
• Monitor and improve aftercare follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Develop strategies to increase repeat bookings and customer retention.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a spa, beauty,hospitality or wellness management role.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ Proven sales and business development experience.
✔ Ability to handle clientele professionally.
✔ Social media & digital marketing awareness (preferred but not required).
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and booking software.
