Requirements 2+ years of spa or hospitality management experience (luxury or boutique preferred) Confident leader with strong organizational and communication skills Experience with spa or hospitality systems (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, or similar) Familiarity with payroll and staff scheduling Guest-first mindset with a passion for wellness and service Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Solid knowledge of appointment management Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to changing situations, working under pressure, and handling unexpected situations with grace Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation All candidates are required to undergo background check
