Description Castle Hill Fitness & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong therapeutic skill set and a clinical approach to bodywork. We are looking for a practitioner who can do more than provide a good massage. Our ideal candidate is skilled at assessment, understands how to work with pain patterns and movement limitations, and can tailor sessions to support recovery, function, and long-term client progress. This person should be confident working with clients seeking relief from chronic tension, injury patterns, overuse, stress-related holding, and general musculoskeletal discomfort. This role is suited for a therapist with extensive professional experience, strong hands-on skills, and a clear commitment to high-quality care. What we’re looking for: Current Texas Massage Therapy License Significant professional experience as a massage therapist Strong background in therapeutic massage and treatment-based bodywork Ability to assess client presentation and create individualized sessions based on need Experience working with clients dealing with pain, restriction, stress patterns, and recovery needs Reliable, grounded, and capable of building long-term client trust Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative wellness team Some evening and weekend availability Especially valuable: Advanced training in modalities such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, sports massage, lymphatic techniques, Structural Integration or Rolfing and/or other clinically useful specialties Experience supporting active clients, injured clients, and clients seeking ongoing therapeutic care Comfort communicating clearly about treatment goals, session focus, and realistic outcomes Experience in a multidisciplinary or wellness-based setting
Responsibilities
