To ensure the highest level of cleanliness in all Spa areas at all times

GENERAL:

  • Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
  • Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
  • Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
  • Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
  • Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.
Responsibilities
  • Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - Saunas, Steam Rooms, Changing rooms & showers, Treatment rooms, Public bathrooms, Horto, Pool area & Roof Top Spa.
  • Comply with health & safety & COSHH requirements, ensuring correct signage & products are used in correct areas.
  • Ensure Cleaning store cupboards are kept orderly and replenished to the correct levels with cleaning materials.
  • Ensure that all corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy ensuring that equipment does not block any thoroughfares
  • Report lost property via the proper procedure
  • Maintain the highest levels of security ensuring that the Spa is secured after cleaning, keys are kept secure at all times and immediately reporting any suspicious behaviour or characters
  • Report any faults of equipment to maintenance immediately and also any faults within guest/staff areas
  • Undertake any periodic and special cleaning requirements as necessary
