WHAT DO WE WANT?
We are looking for a Spa Operations Manager – a key leadership role in shaping the guest journey across the spa environments at the Scarlet and Bedruthan Hotels.
Initially, this role will form part of a maternity cover plan: working alongside our Head of Wellness to jointly support the Spa Manager’s remit. The Head of Wellness will take primary responsibility for the therapies team, leaving you to focus on the guest-facing team, spa hosts, and the experiences that create warm, thoughtful, and seamless guest journeys.
As the Spa Operations Manager, you will lead our spa front-of-house operations helping our teams deliver consistently high levels of care.
