  • Handle appointment changes and cancellations professionally.
  • Coordinate schedules with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Billing and Payments:
  • Process billing accurately, including cash, card, and online payments.
  • Handle inquiries related to pricing, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on treatments and services.
  • Handle complaints or issues with poise, escalating them when necessary.
  • End-of-Day Reports:
  • Compile and submit accurate end-of-day financial and operational reports.
  • Record details of completed transactions, bookings, and client feedback.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain client records and update the database with relevant details.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of spa supplies and products.
